Things to NOTE

Guests have access to the main home and attached garage/game room. 

The separate detached garage is not included unless agreed upon prior.

Occupancy limits of 10 and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. There is a noise monitor on property. Fines are extensive for the guest if code enforcement is involved, so please be aware of your noise levels.  Currently our occupancy is limited to up to 10 overnight guests.  Additional day guests may visit but require prior approval. 

We now allow pets! Approval required and a pet fee of $150 per pet will be collected.

Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire 5 hours to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM. If possible we will allow early check in or late check out for 2 hours before/after but it must be discussed in advance and we will require an additional fee of $50 for one or $100 for both.

Wine Country properties run on propane tanks. If you are not familiar with propane - it needs to be refilled frequently because if it runs out, it's cold showers for everyone.  

Pool & Spa - Please give us advance notice (if possible) if you plan on heating the spa during your visit. As there is an additional fee. 

- The pool is available for heating at $325 a day (solely runs on propane)

- The cost to heat the spa is not built into the nightly rate because not everyone requests it. The additional charge to heat the spa is $75 for a1 night stay, plus $50 per addtl day. 

-No glass poolside. Plastic cups are provided for your drinks.  

-Due to the quiet hours requirement, no pool, fire pit or spa use after 9:45 PM.  

-All children must be supervised at all times.  

-Please no diving . We want you to be safe & enjoy your vacation without an injury!  

-Pool towels are provided.  

Fire Pit 

The table fire pit is a gas fire pit that runs on a propane tank. Please be sure to close the valve when not in use. If the tank runs out during your stay, we do have back up tanks on property. Please message us and we can direct you to where they are located.  

Cameras

Outside cameras are on the property (driveways & yard areas), including a front door camera, lounge area, by the grill and back door for your safety and security. 

Noise Monitors:

There is also an Airbnb authorized noise aware detection device onsite to alert us if there is excessive noise. It only alerts us if there is excessive screaming or possible loud noises due to parties, loud music, etc. (which is not allowed)  

Landscaping

Occasionally there will be landscaping crew present to clean and maintain the property on Wednesday afternoons. 

Pool Services

On Tuesdays the pool is being serviced and cleaned, which is usually in the early mornings so you may enjoy it during the day. 

Pest Control

We do our best to schedule monthly service when we do not have guests but on occasion they may need to service while guests are present. 

Our maintenance crew will never enter the home.  

Septic Tank

Wine country properties are on a septic tank. Please, do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Each of our bathrooms have conveniently located trash bins. Please use them for feminine products and anything other than toilet paper. 

Propane

The propane tank is automatically filled up when running low and is done so in less than 20 minutes from the front lawn. We are notified within 24 hrs of their arrival and will advise guests as soon as possible.

Temecula Valley surrounded by several acres of beautiful hills and vineyards. As so, there are wildlife abound. Don’t be surprised to see the desert wildlife while vacationing in the area. Our wildlife includes hawks, mice, mosquitos, bees, chipmunks, spiders, coyotes, snakes, scorpions, gophers and owls. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not approach the wildlife.
